A holistic approach to the writing practice – through an Ayurvedic lens 🌱

Yesterday, I had the privilege of joining the Indian Embassy in Denmark alongside a number of Ayurvedic practitioners, doctors, and a yogi who holds a PhD in yoga (!!!)

This is how I lost my passion for writing
- and found it again through stepping into
vulnerability and consistent writing
(even when I did not want to...
ESPECIALLY when I did not want to!)
